A World Ends — New Beginnings

Someday the world will end, as it has many times before. Whether it be the universe articulated by Newton or the Empire defined by Caesar, the mystical realm proclaimed by Marguerite or the mania evoked by the Beatles, all types of understanding, meaning and practices come to a close. What happens to a world when it just stops making sense? Can we present, watch or hear its passing? This program is about what happens to communication, knowledge, economy, tradition, and environment after an escalation of modernity, and all this cascade leaves in its wake—plus the radical hope in the opening of some new way of being.
